Return Policy

We strive to provide premium products and a pleasant experience to every customer. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product for different reasons. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returning items purchased from our store. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.


1 Eligibility for Returns:

  1.1.  Only returns within 30 days from the date of purchase will be accepted.

  1.2. The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


2 Return Process:

  2.1. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via email at support@baslabs.co

  2.2. Provide your order number and name, list the item(s) you wish to return, and write a brief description of the reason for the return.

  2.3. Our customer service team will contact you back as soon as possible. If approved,  you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2.4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging as it arrived to you.

  2.5. Print the RMA number and include with the item(s) in the package.


3 Return Shipping:

  3.1. We won't charge a restocking fee, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  3.2. Ship the package back and take note of the tracking number to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

  3.3. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.


4 Inspection and Refunds:

  4.1. Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.

  4.2. If the item(s) pass the inspection, we will process the refund within 3 business days after receipt of the returned item(s).

  4.3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  4.4. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.


5 Exchanges:

  5.1. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined in Section 2 and indicate your preference for an exchange.

  5.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  5.3. If the desired replacement item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item(s) as per Section 4.

Age Restriction

The Enzo pipe is intended to be sold to and used by individuals older than 21 years of age. If you are younger than 21, please leave this site immediately.


Area of Service

We ship to the 50 U.S. states through USPS. We do not currently ship to Canada or any countries in Central or South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, or Australia. We are working to expand our shipping range so that everyone who loves our products can find and purchase what they want from us directly.


Shipping Times

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the time an order is submitted. After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. You’ll receive a separate email when the order is ready to ship, including the USPS tracking number for your order. Depending on your shipping address, USPS may take 3-5 business days to deliver your package.


Payment Options

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit as well as most debit cards. Payment will be authorized and charged at the time you submit your order. If the payment authorization fails, you’ll be prompted to re-enter the card information or provide an alternative form of payment. No order will be shipped until payment is taken successfully.
