No, Enzo™ has no electronic parts and is a completely analogue device. Use a lighter to burn your ground flower
What material is Enzo made of?
Enzo™ is CNC machined out of a block of 6061 Aluminium. Unlike other devices manufactured by die casting, which creates porous structure resulting in poor heat conductivity and reducing the quality of the surface finishing.
How will the package be delivered?
Our products are shipped discreetly. Nowhere in the package does it mention its content. Our customers' privacy is our priority. The size of a typical package for a single device is about 4" x 8" and fits into a standard mailbox.
What are my shipping options?
We use USPS as well as other carriers to deliver your orders. Please, review the options available in the shipping section, we offer Standard, Expedited, and Priority Express options for domestic and international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipment destination.
How do I clean Enzo?
Submerge your pipe in rubbing alcohol (90% or higher isopropyl alcohol preferably). The alcohol will break down all the resin and tar so that you can easily remove stains. You may use a paper towel and a little bit of alcohol to clean any leftover residue.
